I bought a truck from them a year ago I had to change the wheel barings within the first 6 months, the airbag light was on, and they tried to tell me that it had something to do with the seatbelt, a week ago the catalytic converter got louder when my husband went to fix it, it fell off. We took the truck to a shop to get it welded back on and it started to run really rough, so we had two different garages do a diagnostic scan on it to see why it was running so bad. It is the timing belt, so we called shook auto to see if they would work with us on a trade-in, they told me to bring it in so their mechanic can do a diagnostic themselves. They told me that they would do a trade-in and when we got there, they changed their story, the salesman said they would try to see if they could. The mechanic told us that it was both of the catalytic converters that were plugged and wouldn't show us the report. The salesman told us to go out on the lot and look for a vehicle that we would be interested in and we seen a van that we were interested in and wanted to take it for a test drive, but it wouldn't start so we told the salesman that we didn't want to test drive something that has battery problems he got angry and told us to have a good day went inside to take the dealer tags back inside then came back out and got in his car and left us in the parking lot without helping us and now I'm stuck with a truck that I can't afford to get fixed and I still owe money on it.

We are very sorry that your truck requires maintenance a year after purchase. Used higher mileage trucks will require attention especially if being used to tow or in a commercial capacity. We would like offer you discounted parts and labor to assist you, It is difficult to trade in a vehicle in the first year of a 6 year loan. I would recommend that we get it serviced up and keep you on the road until the appropriate time to trade. Thanks for you business and we look forward into helping you in any way.

I recently bought a vehicle from this company and I have nothing but fixed transmission, flex pipe, resonator, flange, Cadillac converter, replace 2 oxygen sensors, tire speed sensor, problem with oil consumption and multiple oil changes that I had done within 1,000 mikes of one another. I would never ever buy a vehicle from this place again . Mechanics are worthless and do the bare minimum.

I’m currently paying on a car I got from there and have only had it for a year. In that short time I have gone through two motors because they have blown. The company is not trying to take any responsibility or even help out in any way.

This vehicle came in with zero oil in the engine, the drain plug for the transmission was falling out and the vehicle is smashed and wrecked on every corner. We believe the customer needs to take responsibility for taking care of their vehicle. This is not a warranty or dealer issue, this is an issue of vehicle abuse.
