    In June 2024 we paid Koehler & Day Blacktopping $10,900.00 to blacktop our driveway. Not long after, we noticed cracks starting to form. The first one was in the middle of the drive which opened up to at least 1/2 inch or more. We called numerous times in which they would not return our calls. We finally received a response and they stated they had come by to look at it and would return in the fall to repair it. When fall arrived they had not contacted us and we started calling them with the numbers that were available. The numbers were the main company, ###-###-####, Bob at ###-###-####. At one point, associate did answer and stated that he had been by to look at it and said when the weather cooled off they would be out for the repair. We continued to call and leave messages until the weather made it too cold for blacktop repair. Now it is spring and we have called and still no response.
