Exceptional Service from NDC: A Five-Star Experience We recently had the pleasure of using the services of NDC to install a mini split, and from start to finish, the entire process was seamless and professional, leaving me thoroughly impressed with the quality of their work and customer service. They truly are the BEST Company I have ever dealt with. Working with NDC was awesome. Their team was incredibly accommodating, working around changes in our plans. They were so accommodating when we needed to reschedule without making us feel bad. We had dealt with them before and knew they were wonderful and this level of flexibility immediately set the tone for what turned out to be an exceptional customer experience. The owner, **** really cares about his customers.Upon arrival, the technicians from NDC demonstrated a high level of expertise and professionalism. I was particularly impressed by their attention to detail Throughout the installation process, ***** and **** kept a neat and clean and organized work environment, showing the utmost respect for our home. Their efficiency and precision were evident, and they took great pride in their work. They definitely went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of the installation met the highest standards of quality and excellence.In addition to their technical expertise, I was equally impressed by the level of professionalism and courtesy displayed by the entire team at NDC. Even the wonderful ladies in the office, **** and ***** and ****** were so sweet and kind to deal with. From the first meeting with **** and **** to the final installation, they consistently exceeded my expectations.In conclusion, I highly recommend NDC for anyone in need of heating and air conditioning services. Their commitment to excellence, and their exceptional customer service, sets them apart. They truly are the best in the business. Its not often that I take the time to praise a company but they truly are deserving.
