    Only two or three times in my 75 years have I worked with companies that are as knowledgeable, skilled, and conscientious as Schindler Hardwood. Of the three bids we received for the hardwood floor work we needed, they were 10% higher than the lowest bid. But we are very happy that we contracted with them. If you want your hardwood floors repaired and/or refinished this is the company to work with. I believe that if you even want new hardwood floors that you should bring in Schindler Hardwood. Kevin, the Operations Manager, impressed us greatly with his knowledge, his excellent explanation of the work they would do, and his quick response to our calls and our needed proposal. Chris, the skilled craftsman that did the work, created some of the most beautiful hardwood floors that we have ever seen. When he finished his work he did something beyond the call of his duty. He saw something that could be made even better. Even though he had excellently finished the specified work, he kicked the need upstairs. In my 75 years I have never experienced such integrity and courage from a craftsman. Ed S********* the Owner, called me quickly and said they would do the extra work without charge!! The final result is beautiful and we are very pleased. I highly recommend that you work with Schindler Hardwood if you want new hardwood floors, repairs, or a refinish. **** *********
