On December 24, 2024 I ordered coins that were falsely advertised in the ***. No where did it say these were Eisenhower $1 coins. They were not sent in a timely fashion. They offered a 30-day return, but were received after this deadline. I paid $600, shipping included, for 90 each assorted years Liberty Eisenhower $1 Silver Dollars (1971 - 1978). I have had them evaluated by a coin dealer and was told they are worth $1 each or possibly $1.05 each "if I was lucky." On April 11, 2025, I emailed Lincoln Treasury, asking for a full refund. I was denied, saying they only have a 30-day Return Policy. Can you assist? Asking for $600 refund plus return shipping costs.Customer Answer

It was published in a past Edition of the **** ****** ******** I looked at *** and could not find a way to track a copy of the advertisement. It was a whole page probably that day. I looked at my Credit Card Statement and discovered the order date was actually Nov. 20, 2024. The December date, Dec. 24, 2024 was the day i received it. We are unsure as to what happened with your call because the line goes through and we did receive an email from you to our Customer Service dashboard.
We have attempted to contact you a few times to make sure your shipment was adequate but have not been able to reach you.

On 11/12/24 and 11/14/24 I made 2 orders. One a half ounce personalized bar, another I ordered a red bag of random unsearched coins and a blue bag of silver coins. Items were not received until Christmas eve. The silver bar was labeled as 5 troy ounces, which it is not and it's illegal to label as such. I received a black bag that the invoice stated was triple cent coins. It was a bag of junk, various coins. The other bag was a blue bag of wheat pennies. I want a full refund. I also want people to know this company is a scam. They claim to be affiliated with the BBB, and it's evident by the BBB that they are not.Business Response

I order personalized silver bars November 17th and sent multiple emails trying to figure the status of my order since they are still advertising delivery by Christmas if ordered today the 18th of December, yet my order still hasn't shipped after 5 weeks and no one will even respond to the emails.
