In 2010 I, ****** ****** contacted the World Reserve Monetary Exchange Co. (**** ******* **** * ****** ** ****) regarding a National Parks Quarters collection. For $150.00 I would receive newly minted states national parks quarters (5 per year) from 2010 - 2021 with a large case containing 12 smaller boxes for each set of individually minted quarters with Alabama’s state park being the last and only quarter minted in 2021. The quarters were sent on time in the beginning but teetered off around 2015(it stopped coming as soon as they were minted). They started coming once per year. I did move several times between 2015-2022 moving to Mississippi in January 2020; however I always contacted customer service to give my updated information. My last contact was in February 2020 right before COVID-19 shut down the country. I have tried several times to phone the company but the number no longer works. I would prefer to get the merchandise I fully paid for which consists of the National Parks Quarters from 2918 through 2021. Should that option not exist I would like a refund from the quarters that where not availed to meBusiness response

My husband **** ***** purchased 2 sets of the USA Presidential Dollars for our son. We are still missing ****** ****, ***** and ****** for both sets. It is my understanding that ****** wasn't minted because he is not deceased yet. Since the original purchase our address has changed. That may be why we never received the last 3 deceased presidents + ****** I'm not sure? When I reached out to the World Reserve Monetary Exchange I was told the collection ended. Basically, tough luck with no recourse, refund, or compensation offered to us. I was also told that ****** wasn't included. My photo clearly shows ****** was included in our collection so I'm not sure we were even talking about the same coin collection??? Emailing customer service was totally useless. Your coins were shipped in October/November of 2016. We received undeliverable back from Post Office stating “No Such Number”. We did send the last coins but they were returned and the order was cancelled at that time.
World Reserve Monetary Exchange will *** ** a ****** ***** ****** and 1 additional coin for you to display the back side of the coin in the place of ******, which has not been minted because he is still living.

To clear the combination, all you have to do is spin the dial 5 to 6 times or more to clear it. I believe this is a small safe, so you would start with the dial on 0. Then turn the dial three times to the right to the first number in the combination. Then turn the dial to the left two times and when you see the second number the second time and stop. Then just roll the dial back to the right to the third number.

A representative from World Reserve Monetary Exchange spoke with you on the phone today, August 30, 2022, and explained the President Carter coin you are inquiring about has not and will not be minted by the US Mint since President Carter is still alive. You stated you have a President Bush coin and you plan to put that coin in the Carter slot.

I, like others who have filed a complaint, have tried to contact this company through all of the phone numbers listed on the BBB site, some are disconnected, some are now assigned to other businesses, but none seem to be for World Reserve Monetary Exchange. I'm trying to get the combination to a safe that they sold me. In reviewing other's complains, it seems the company is able to provide this information, and I have the serial number of the safe that they have sent me.
