    Buyer beware regarding ******** Compliance. TruBridge made an outbound call to a newly enrolled MA client(2/1/24) and obviously marketed a different MA plan during OEP and switched clients plan for a 4/1/24. How after less than 60 days are you going to convince a person that their plan is no good or better yet inform them that the HMO they are enrolled in has less benefits than the PPO your pitching. You can't do it with a straight face and it's one of the many reasons our industry has become so over regulated, in large part because of greed fueled shops like this. Negligent, non-compliant and a dis-service to the integrity of the Insurance Industry. New agents need to eat too, I've trained many but teach them using a knife and fork not their hands.

    This company has helped my mother so much. We didn’t know anything about Medicare when she got it other than she got it when she became disabled and how it payed at the doctor. My moms insurance agent was so kind and explained everything to us in a way we understood the got my mom a great Medicare advantage plan. I saved my agents number and now she will continue to be my moms agent from here on out! She always takes care of mom when the new plans come out! I did get other agents that called l me but I just gave them my agents number and extension and I was sent right to her! I did ask them to stop calling and Was told it could take up to 30 days. But they haven’t called after that and I was able to keep in contact with moms agent via email. So I’m glad for that! Thank you Christina J!

    Called 13 times in one day. They call ever day a minimum of 3 times per day. We have asked many times for them to quit calling and we have a Medicare supplement. They have been calling us for al.let 4 months.
