    Working with CBS was a fantastic experience and we recommend them to others. Chuck and George were wonderful to work with and helped make our vision a reality. During the process our home was respected, our time was valued and our questions were answered. We absolutely love our new bathrooms!

    ***** the salesman was great ! Came to our home explained everything And ****** he was great too. He remodeled our bathroom. It looks like a bathroom that I thought I would never have. Its just gorgeous! Every day ****** was on time. Lay down drop cloths to protect my floors,I would recommend them to anybody great price too give me a few extras which I greatly appreciate!!they company is just great I just cant enough about this company. I have been passing along their names to my friends!!!

    I had a total redo of my main bath, tub to shower. The ******* was always on time, kept me informed of the progress and did a great job. He was professional and knowledgeable. Would recommend.

    I HAD CREATIVE BATH REPLACE OUR SHOWER IN NOVEMBER 2023 SPECIAL ORDER MARBLE FINISH .WOW IT LOOKS JUST LIKE YOU SEE ON TV.****** THE MASTER CRAFTSMAN DID IT ALL IN 2 DAYS .ALL THAT AND THEY HAD THE BEST PRICE.I GOT QUOTES FROM 6 BATH REMODEL COS. WE ARE SO GLAD WE CHOSE CREATIVE BATH THANK YOU *** ************** GREAT JOB GREAT PRICE & INSTALLED ON TIME WOW! ************

    We had our shower stall replaced in our master bedroom in June 2023. *****, their salesman, came to our house within a week of making our first phone contact. He provided us with information as to what needed to be done, products they use, how the installation was to be done and how many days it should take. We visited their showroom in Seven Hills and went over our options for shower wall panels, fixtures, and shower door,******, their installer did an excellent job of installing new drywall, shower stall panels, and shower door. Kept us informed as to how the project was going and when we had to make a decision he informed us of all our options. Throughout the rip out phase and new product install he kept the work site clean. Drop cloths placed on carpeting in bedroom and stairs.On the final day of the project. One of the owners stopped by to check on the job.Communications with Creative Bath Systems was good. Personnel we had contact with was excellent.

    The business has been very disrespectful. The project was to be paid for by the ******** Waiver Program. Creative Bath System was the third-party contractor, who was supposed to do a $10,000- $12,000 remodel of my bathroom. The business never even left me e-mail message. And I tried to tell them when they first bid on the project that I use e-mail as voicemail. The business would not contact me about the status of the project. The project has not even been started.
