    Nov 17, 2021, Client ordered 2 picture windows for install April 2022 April 2022, Client contacted Home Exteriors (i.e. HE) to schedule since they had not. Parts were in but HE refused to schedule on 2 tries. May 2022, client contacted HE 2x, HE again said would call me. Call 2 I insisted.June 2022, Install commences. On my contract it stated new ***** would be provided. Workers stated they were not given this information - workers decided to reuse old ***** and use my power tools. Workers attempted x2 to not caulk/place flashing around new windows - client denied requests. July 2022, client noticed s**** caps missing and beading was falling around window #1. Owner contacted HE and provided pictures.August 2022, client noticed beading falling on window #2 - pictures were sent.End of August 2022, Home Exteriors stated repair items arrived based on photos and conversation.Sep 2, 2022, client informed Home Exteriors they could be available ANY Monday or Tuesday with notice for the foreseeable future.Nov 5, 2022, client contacted Home Exteriors again since they were not scheduled even though they could have chosen any Monday or Tuesday for a now 2 month period. HE confirmed they had all materials.November 2022, worker arrives and only installs s**** caps. Client contacts HE and is told they needed to order materials - in August client was told all materials were in to complete the job. Client spoke with owner of HE and sent photos. Client requested discount due to lost personal pay for days taken off work, delays to another renovation occurring, and poor workmanship. Owner retorted stating he is making this situation right by providing the repair - the contract was over 12 months ago. December 2022, worker arrives without enough beading and workmanship poor. January 2022, HE ordered more beading.February 5, 2023, client requested work to be redone due to poor workmanship - pictures provided to HE.March 13, 2023, nothing scheduled still by HE.

    Home Exteriors is in contact with the customer and the parts that were deemed unsatisfactory have been ordered. Once received, Home Exteriors will contact the customer and schedule an appointment to correct.
