    Put in an online order for over $50. Waited 40 minutes and my order wasn’t ready. Meanwhile, multiple people are going through the drive through. 2 other people have complained by this point. I ask what the wait is and told they are 5 pages behind and they fill the orders as they are received. Wait another 10 min and I ask someone else if they have an order for “******” (order was in my daughter’s name). They said yes and that the reason it’s taking so long is because they ran out of beef and had to make more. Well that’s odd because you have continued to serve the drive though and didn’t mention that when I asked 10 mins ago. I then ask for a refund because I didn’t want to wait any longer. Was told no because I ordered on the app. I asked to speak to the manager and the guy said he was the manager and he doesn’t refund online orders. I said I want to talk to whoever is above him and was told that wasn’t possible. I asked for his name and he said “***” which I didn’t believe so I said what is your boss’ name and he said *****. I said ok I’m reporting you to him. Then another worker says to the manager “just turn off your phone so he can’t call you,” and then they both laughed. Finally get my order after 50 minutes of waiting only for it to be missing the drinks, a taco, and two of the tacos made wrong. I ask for the drinks and the lady said “what drinks did you have?” I said I’m not doing your job look at the receipt. I then had to tell them about the missing taco and told them that two of the tacos are wrong. They proceeded to ask me 4 times what shouldn’t and should be on the taco and then laugh. They then said I would have to wait to get the wrong and missing items until they finished other orders. Waited about 10 more minutes so now I have been there for an hour. By the time they fixed the order the other food was soggy and cold. They still would not refund me. The manager then looked at his 4 workers and said great job guys, keep it up all while they laughed.
