      I wish I can leave No stars this company is terrible. I had a technician by the name of ***** install a hot water tank for me two years ago he had the hot and cold on the opposite sides when it clearly tells you what sides go where on the hot water tank and he did not have the holes connected properly so me and my family was inhaling carbon monoxide for over a year to a friend of the family pointed out the problem and fixed it. I recently had flooding in my basement so I try to see if my warranty will cover it and it didn't but they sent the same technician out, and I told him how he improperly installed it, and I guess he tried to cover his a** and put the hot and cold in its proper places, but the hot water tank still doesn't work. I told him how he didn't connect the hose and he told me he was not aware of it ! I told him I'm letting you know about the issue because I had to have a friend fix it because me and my family was inhaling carbon monoxide for over a year. I called the company to speak to the supervisor never got a call back I will never ever do business with this company ever again

      Wiese Plumbing was sent out by my home warranty company, and they did a great job. My water heater wasn't working and they quickly identified the problem and fixed it. The technician was professional and kind and great to talk to. I will use again!

      Had an appointment scheduled but they never showed, and never called to reschedule. I tried calling twice but they never returned my messages.

      If I could give zero stars I would. Unprofessional, slow or no follow up, no priority given to emergency cases. Terrible overall & subpar at best.

      This company is very unprofessional. The technician will cancel with no explanation and the management staff are rude. This company is horrible and cant provide customer service. The discriminate and unethical. This company I wouldnt recommend for my dog.

      I would give this review a 0/10 if I was able. This contractor was assigned by my home warranty. As I sit here writing this 7 weeks have gone by and the repairs are still not completed. I had to call the warranty company and ask for another contractor to be assigned today after MANY attempts to resolve this (20+ calls to them). What should have been a simple repair turned into a nightmare. After the technicians initial visit to my home an additional visit was needed to fix what he found. After not hearing anything for a week, I called them. They had no record that the tech had even been to my house. My shower faucet handle was eventually replaced (with a lot of additional hassle), but replaced improperly. A secondary repair was identified and never made. Each time I would call I'd receive a different story from "oh yes we will get that taken care of" initially to "we're waiting for authorization; it's on the girl's desk" for weeks on end. Finally, I was told that the repair was closed and new claim would have to be submitted when THEY improperly installed the handle and failed to resolve the second issue included in the initial claim. Several requests were made to speak to a manager (***) who was never available and never returned my calls. Several requests were made to speak to the person "requesting authorization" after this was pending for weeks with no return call. Finally, I told them that I wanted a return call or I would begin posting these reviews at which point they hung up on me. Today I called to speak to "***" again and once I stated my name I was hung up on. Absolutely shameful. ***** and ******, who sound to be grown women, provided the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Barbaric that there is no way to contact a manager (no e-mail or voicemail I was told and certainly no return calls). Oh, and the e-mail on their website and FB was returned to sender when I tried to contact someone that way. Overall, an example of how NOT to do business.
