      Perfect power wash performed a house wash & roof wash in April 2024. As a result of the technician - the roof was unbeknownst to me damaged already and grit and shingles residue all ended up in my gutters. The technician should have immediately ceased power washing roof when he saw what he was doing and informed me of the problem. Instead, he completed the task and then convinced me to sign up for annual treatments. I admit the roof was more damaged than i knew, but to power wash it when he saw the additional damage it was doing is inexcusable. I ended up having new roof installed in July 2024. Now Perfect power wash is calling me to schedule ************************************************** having any of their work ever done at my house. The perfect power wash *** told me there is a $75 cancellation fee for canceling after 3/16/25. I was never made aware of this when agreeing to signing up for 2025 washing. Had he called prior to the 3/16/25 date, i would have cancelled, but he called me in April 2025 (conveniently after cancelation date) I believe no one should EVER use this service for roof washing- as technicians are not trained properly to see damage it is causing and also technicians are not trained to explain thoroughly cancellation fees for annual service contracts. I have (with displeasure) paid the $75 cancellation fee, but warn others to not have your roofs power washed by this company.

      The product that Perfect Power Wash used destroyed the finish to our exposed aggregate patio. They also claim that the sealer used helps strengthen the cement and prevent surface cracks. That is absolutely false. They are no longer welcome to my property. Do yourself a favor and make an educated decision before hiring Perfect Power Wash.

      They came to my home and did a fantastic job. Be careful if you sign an agreement with them. I missed the cut off date to cancel i realized when I received the text message I called to cancel first ****** said no problem take care of you next year but I kept getting text messages. I called again and texted. They finally called me back and all they did was quote the contract I signed yes my mistake but they will NOT work with you. I told them to cancel and all I got was my signed contract. I reached back out said I want to cancel and send me the cancelation fee no response. I followed up and still waiting So be care what you sign. Mark your *********** they got back to me by billing my CC with the cancellation Fee. There was no authorization provided by me. Nice customer Service. When I called to find out what happen no answer from the ******************* Left ** and still no replay or call back.They called me back at 5:05 as you all know the close at 5 so no opportunity for me to call them back. They said in the ** we charge you card on file. I do not have a card on file. Since I missed the call I could not ask them. No I am trying to figure out how to have all my info deleted so this can not happen again.I am telling you all yes they can do a good job, but they have unethical tactics and they live by them. Do not Sign anything. I learned the hard way.

      Had my home and an additional 3 car 2 story garage washed 4/7/25. My technician *** was early, explained the process, asked questions and cleaned up once the job was completed. Could not be happier. Highly recommend PPW.

      Perfect power wash was perfect! They arrived in a timely banner and got the job done! Both of my sons houses are sparkling and look amazing! The workers were very professional and thorough! I would highly recommend this business!

      Our entire house, driveway and walkways are fresh and clean; ready for spring! Perfect Power Wash sent a dedicated technician who did a great job! He wouldnt leave until the job was completed perfectly by the companys standards.

      I have expressed my dissatisfaction with the work done (and paid for) and have asked them not to contact me again as I will not hire them again. I now receive daily phone calls. I have attempted blocking their number but keep calling from different numbers.

      I initially tried to get an estimate for a house and roof cleaning only by email or text. No such luck. They send you a text saying your estimate is ready but you have to call them. I did and found out my estimate for the two services was $1,400. At this point I told the sales *** that I already had another quote from a local company for $700. Then I got the famous line can I put you on hold while I talk to my manager. I then got disconnected and didnt bother calling back. Shortly thereafter i received a text stating they would do the job at cost for $900. I texted back saying no and I dont appreciate your questionable business practices by trying to rip me off for $500. Then I proceeded to get 2 more texts from the *** basically telling me Id be sorry for using a local (4.9 rating) company. Buyer beware!

      The perfect power wash sales people called me more than 13 times in the past few days. I blocked their number so now they leave me voicemail messages. I will never have these people do anything for me. When I called their number to have me removed from their list, I had to listen to their outgoing message. When I selected to option to speak with someone, it hung up on me! This is not only unprofessional, it’s harassment! I was getting calls every couple of days after midnight EST! Totally ridiculous. I would highly recommend no one ever give them any contact information as they will likely abuse it.
