    Bought a car from this company had issues with it since day one which was immediately brought to owners attention. Fast forward to a month later and engine is blown in car. Contacted the owner about getting some help or a solution and says he cant offer one. Tried to give me the usual used car salesman run around instead of trying to help find a solution to keep a happy customer who wouldve like to keep giving them business.

    Yes and i explained to him it would be way to costly it would cost me 500$ to tow it to him but i would come up with a way if he were to agree that if it is blown engine that they would get me in another car he replied no so i paid 3500$ for deposit for car then he wants me to pay another 500 for tow so if i tow it to him and its something that cant be fixed then what? Im out 4000 dollars instead of 3500$ ?? That makes no sense

    This dealership sold us a car that had engine failure 834 after purchase. They assured that it had been looked at and the engine was fine. We paid $3999 before all the other fees for a car that's only worth $800. We now owe $6000 on a car that needs an engine. 834 miles and 6 months later.

    The warranty is no better than the dealer and can not resolve my issue. In regards to maintenance it's only been drive 834 miles.

    This place is a scam they take my money give me a van that need a lot of work to it never put the van in my name they Refused to give me a tag for the van I had to call the ohio Attorney office so I can get a tag for my van did not pass the e check because they deleted codes off the van never called me

    To whom this may concern 

        We pride our selves in customer service and helping all ours customers in any way we can. This is the first time we hear that the vehicle had a check engine light usually small issues that can be resolved easily. The vehicle was titled in a timely manner the customer may have failed to receive the memo title in the mail as it was mailed out. Only communication we got from the customer was when they failed to receive their memo title and we let the customer know they can get a copy at their local title bureau also told customer we would get them a copy when they came to make a payment but they failed to do so.

    No I give the van back everytime I fix something on it something else needed to be done I just have money to keep putting it to like that I just my money that I put down on it so I can get a different car
    I just want by money back so I can get a different car

    Good evening 

      A return is not possible as you had the vehicle for almost four months we paid taxes on it no way to reverse the transaction unfortunately but the issue it had could of easily be repaired if we where notified but customer did not and didn’t pay the payment for three months payments. The two options are 1. Customer pays balance of past due payments with all fees and gets the vehicle back with a valid e check.

    2. If balance is not paid vehicle will be sent to auction
