  The work that was done was done well. The problem was Zach. He is the owner and salesman for the company. He is a LIAR and a THIEF. The work was to take eight to ten weeks. We were the first client he had scheduled for the year. Everything started well until week six. work stopped for four weeks in which Zach would not answer our calls. Finally, we threated legal action and work started again for about a week then again nothing for three more weeks. At this point we have only to finish the electrical work. After several more weeks of no contact with Zach we finally got them to finish. During all this time ( They started in January and finished in June.) Zach lied about what was going on. At the final inspection Zach admitted he was the problem and would refund us a small amount money for not doing his job. I guess that was the final lie because he never sent us a dime. Several employees said this was unlike Zach, but they all admitted he was the problem. I personally would not hire or recommend his company to do anything.

  About 9 months ago Outdoor Experts designed a landscape plan for our entire yard. The project moved and finished in a timely fashion. We were concerned with planting in the winter might hinder growth of the trees and shrubs planted, but they assured us it would not be an issue. Well here we are and we had to replace all of our plants and trees in one side yard, we have several dead burning bushes in the back that never had a live branches with leaves, we had a large tree that was brown and stayed brown and one large evergreen tree which is dead. We have been in discussion and have tried to make successful contact by phone, email and text. They respond very little. They did replace one large tree after repeatedly being asked to do so. We have wanted them to replace the evergreen and they keep saying they will come look at things and will make a determination. They go one to two weeks with no contact, are still making promised to make a determination on our dead tree. This has been going on since June. My feeling is we deserve more than just the other tree replacement. I want the burning bushes replaced and compensation for what we had to replace along the entire side of our house. We also have bushes in our front yard ill spaced and not hearty. We spent close to $20,000 on this landscaping project with Outdoor Experts. It has been a heartache and difficult to be kind people trying to patiently deal with such poor commitment and service from this company. I am sad to say a company I felt would be legitimate and decent, has turned out to be the opposite in our experience. We have tried to contact them over and over again, but all attempts were put off... avoided or delayed. My last resort is to give them this unfavorable review... which I was truly hoping to avoid.
