Called for issue of toilets not flushing after showers are taken, the water would back up in toilets and drain out over a period of 12 hours then they would gurgle and bubble up the sinks when you would flush or run water, then we would take showers and go through the cycle again. Dec 6th plumbers arrived i told them all i want is for the water to flow out to septic. They then went in crawl space to look then they told me they were going to replace pipes under bathrooms. i didnt ask why because im not a plumber. they left for 1 hr and 20 mins.to get parts. After pipes were replaced they ran water looking for leaks. Plumber then told me toilets and sinks would still make noise because i needed a vent in wall out to roof. house is 30 years old and has a vent pipe going out roof. They left. After a couple of weeks between using our third bathroom and staggering our showers, we took back to back showers and the cycle started over again. We called scott wagners plumbing and told them our plumbing problem was not solved. Lady talked to plumber who worked on job and she called back saying our problem is the vent. I told her i didnt think it was but im not a plumber but the vent has worked for 30 years. she said she would talk to someone else there and get back to us. NOTHING. finally we started calling plumbers, no body called us back for the next week. We then called ****** **** plumbing on Jan 4th. He came over and looked in sewer pipe going to septic and told us piped had a blockage. he took his auger and cleared pipe out. he was here 45 mins. and every thing works fine, no noise, he said we have plenty of air in vent out roof and to call him if we have any issues. All this stress and saying i need to cut my wall out and go through roof with vent was bull. Then i get a $1241.80 bill from Scott Wagner Plumbing for fixing nothing. I was quoted a $80 service fee but bill states $100 service fee. Elder abuse at its finest. Was told 2 plumbers also needed, 2x labor cost. Bull

******'s original call was "Bathrooms remodeled about 6 years ago. Master Bath and other bathroom draining REAL slow, thinks the slope isn't correct. Per ******, try augering first and also check the slope to possibly correct that. Told *** we would like to auger first and then also check the slope. *** is sure that the slope isn't correct and has pictures he is sending. Floors were sinking so they had a beam installed, he's not sure of the plumbing on the guest bathroom but according the picture the guest bathroom plumbing is to the right side. ****** said the fernco could have some blockage there."  I have attached the pictures *** sent us.  When our plumbers went on 12/6/23, they noticed the main was running backwards, fittings were leaking and the shower drain was not hooked up and leaking in the crawl. The plumbers fixed these issues. Before our plumbers left they tested everything and it was all draining fine. *** stood there and verified everything was working properly.  A month later on 1/4/24, *** called back and said "If he takes a shower, toilets can be flushed. If there are 2 showers back to back the toilets gurgle. Second shower being taken the toilet goes down real slow. We told him it may be missing a vent. The septic was pumped out the day before we were there. "  The office worker who took the call told him she would check with the plumbers to see what needed done and call him back.
