Moved in and everything was dirty, furniture scratched up from previous tenant pet, mold in shower. Since living here my stairs broke twice right after being fixed, my ac is also always breaking.Review from Maliyah G

The place is absolutely awful. NEVER LIVE HERE! The apartments are disgusting and not regulated. We had to call maintenance nearly every week and they clearly were not trained to FIX issues. Our apartment flooded with sewage water due to a problem they did NOT FIX YEARS before we lived there, They then blamed us saying we were flushing feminine products which was insulting. We had to buy new materials due to the damage they caused and had to move out two whole months early because of how bad our apartment was. We paid all our utility bills and rent, and when we moved out the first week of May they said our final utility bill would need to be paid by June first which we paid. Now they sent us to collections saying we didn't pay our final utility bill for *** which is what I paid June ****** They are greedy and do not care about their staff or residents. No wonder every employee who worked there just last year has pretty much quit. Shut this horrendous place down.Review from Elisa N

Nepotism, nepotism, nepotism. This place has no respect for the staff or residents. My friend has been working there for over a year and she's the only one left since she was hired. The rest of them all quit because of the regional director and his little leasing manager girlfriend. There is so much wrong there, I don't even know how to start. I live here, so that's why I know as much as I do, and they do nothing to take care of the residents. I had a leak that wasn't fixed for a month because the maintenance team all quit. Run from this place like you're on fire.
