PHOENIX TECH WARRANTY
All custom builds provided by Phoenix Tech comes with 1 year warranty; includes any additional labor and tech support needed. All new parts and components used for upgrades and custom builds come with provided manufacturer warranties. If extended warranty/replacement plans are desired for new parts and components, this must be requested prior to purchasing the parts as this will increase the overall cost. Clients are responsible for the cost of any shipping required; including warranty covered repair/maintenance. If you wish to submit a warranty related request, please fill out the form above.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Warranty
Phoenix Tech Warranty does not cover damages due to misuse, accident, natural wear, or electrical. Any manual alterations to BIOS fields, including overclocking, will render the warranty void.
Returns
Custom Builds may be returned within 2-weeks of delivery date for a full refund. *Full refund does not include $150 build fee, and 15% of total part cost for re-stocking fee.
Cancellations
You may cancel an order any time prior to shipment with $75 cancellation fee."
