    Bought a truck from this place, part of the deal was they would remove a dent from the vehicle. They then sent someone to my house to remove the dent. After the gentleman removed the dent he "rippled/chipped" the paint. The dealership refused to fix it and instead told me to take it up with the man who removed it. The "**** ***" then refused to give me any of his information. So I tired to get said information from the dealership but was also denied. Shady business practices to say the least. They claim he doesn't work for them but with them. Regardless they won't give me his business info. The dealership then "tried to make it right" but ended up having the same **** *** "touch it up" with a paint pen. Looks just as bad if not worse than before. I will never buy another vehicle here again.

    We are sorry to hear that you were unhappy with the result of the attempted dent removal. There are two types of vehicles available for purchase these days. Brand new ones free of wear tear or defect. Then there are Pre-owned vehicles that sometimes have scuffs, scratches, and dings from their time on the road. There is often a much larger customer base for these pre-loved units due to the savings over their new counterparts. Those savings however can come with the cost of miles and imperfections. We give it our all to get them as close back to new as we possibly can but the fact remains they are used. On this particular vehicle, we made sure to be clear in writing "Repair Dent to Best of Ability, NO GUARANTEE ON OUTCOME" Not all dents are created equally depending on the area and you always have the risk of the clear coat or paint break hence why we can never over promise the outcome we were upfront about this and it was signed by both the customer and the dealership.

    I bought a truck from this place. 12 days and less than 150 miles later the oil pressure dropped to zero. I parked the truck, contacted the dealership and had it towed to them. After waiting a week of not hearing anything I had to contact them. Was told it needed an oil pump and timing chain. They said it would cost $3600.00. But since I just got it they would charge me half $1800.00. I told them I couldn't do it and just wanted my down payment of $1000.00 back. Now they won't give me my money back and won't cancel the loan! Ryan Ort is making it go as a repo. Never will I go back there again or recommend anyone to go there

    This customer did purchase a 2012 Chevy truck from our dealership with 178,000.   This vehicle was sold AS-IS.  The customer was aware it was an AS-IS sale as he signed the acknowledgment at the time of purchase.

    We are extremely sorry this happened. We never anticipate a breakdown, but with a vehicle with that many miles, it is unknown of what could break down.  Even though we were under no obligation to offer the customer anything, our sales manager did offer to split the repairs with the customer.  We offered to pay ½ of the $3600.00 repair.   

    In response to giving him his money back, the money down was part of the financing bank contract. 

    **** *** did “make it go as a Repo” – the customer made that decision when he left the vehicle and not make the payments.
