    Can't remember the exact amount but shipped it was $165.00 This business was to provide what I ordered. I never received my product, and I did request a signature requirement option in check out. This business has not tried to resolve this. the company did contact me and at first they said that I didn't opt into signature delivery so they cant do anything I responded with a screen shot of the tracking package product information with the proof that i did in fact select signature requirement in their options. Then said then they had usps looking into it, i have emailed them several times since without a response and I contacted usps and they said since the shipper did not put insurance on the package, there is nothing they can do. The tracking says delivered to agent for final delivery since September 2nd 2022 I have yet to receive my package still. Order number:****** Usps tracking: **********************

    i purchased a slide and parts kit on 11/21, for $416.13. i received them in a timely matter. while trying to assemble them i noticed it wasn't going together properly. i contacted rockey brass, they sent a return slip. they said they would look at it, and i sent the parts back. they informed me the parts were defective, and they would issue a refund. rockey brass says the refund posted 8/4/22. it is now 8/19/22 i have contacted my credit card company. they say they see no pending refund (so according to chase the refund never happened). chase has also said it is up to rockey brass to make sure the transaction goes through/is valid. all i want is my $416.13 back. rockey brass sent defective parts, it is up to them to do right and make sure the refund happens.

    I ordered 200 dollars worth of stuff from rocky brass and didn't receive my items i called them once and they answered telling me it Was in my mail box note: nothing from the website is fitting in my tiny mail box. I called multiple times after noticing i didn't receive ANYTHING and no one picked up the phone Im also not the first person that this has happened to my advise to you is dont order anything from this site it could just be a scam or fraud and they dont do anything to help.

    This package was delivered to the address on the customers order. A missing package investigation was conducted by the shipper and GPS scan coordinates confirmed it was delivered correctly. Our company policy is to offer signature delivery to prevent package theft if the customer is not available at the time of delivery. This customer declined signature at delivery which we specifically state on the website is required for package insurance if the package is marked delivered to the correct address. As the customer opted out of signature and agreed to take responsibility for the package at delivery by doing so we have no other recourse on the package.
