      I was speaking to a representative from *** Energy my gas and electric company where they brought to my attention, that I have enrolled to an alternate gas company for just my gas. That company name is Volunteer Energy were they are my use of just my gas. I have never been associated or have I ever consented to this in all my time with my service with ***. I was told the only way for this to be taken care of is to call Volunteer Energy and have them cancel or remove the service. So My service can only be associated with *** and no alternate company. When I do call Volunteer Energy no information is given to me and they make you feel like they are fraud and give you the run around so the service is never canceled. I have been told from Volunteer Energy that there has been an Request/Inquiry that will be given to a higher up Representative that will work on it. That never happens and no one calls. There is no tracking or confirmation of any sort just a call back they say. There is only one phone number that they allow you to have and you get the same answers from all representatives there is no manager or supervisor on call ever to help you speak them.
