    Got my taxes done last year here.. you pay for a service thinking youll get someone who knows EXACTLY what they are doing. And here I am 8 months later, with no return. My tax preparer mixed up my work ID number so because of that mistake I never got my return when I shouldve. And when I called to talk someone, the guy told me mistakes happen, thats unfortunate the employees that work here, need extensive training, and I hope they receive it along with customer service training too.
