    On June 9, our home warranty provider, ****** ********* sent Chris from Bella Plumbing to help with a drain problem that we had. It turned out to be a service that was not covered by ****** ********* so we paid Chris the $65 service call plus $250 to clear our drain. He mentioned that his vehicle was in the shop so didn't have the equipment that he likes to use, but thought he could get it cleared. He did clear it, but 5 weeks later it was backed up again. After calling him multiple times, he finally agreed to come out again, but said it would cost another $250. We decided to call a reputable company instead. He owes us $250. He can keep the $65 for the 5 weeks of clear drain we had. I would not recommend that anyone do business with this man or his company.

    Business stated that he discounted the work that he did, could have charged more.  Informed consumer's husband that to fix it properly, a proper cleanout needed to be installed.  The reason the warranty co wouldn't cover the call is because it lacked the cleanout.  Business offered to come back and expose the septic and install a cleanout so it can be fixed properly but could not do it at the time he was there. Business stated again that consumer's husband was aware of this and was agreeable.
