These people are scamming people out of hundreds of dollarsmyself my husband and another couple booked a one night stay to celebrate their anniversary the room we booked had no cancellation or you lose the entire amount of your stay so we attempted to reschedule our trip for another time only to be told we had until 11:59 pm that day to give them $800 or they would keep our $314 and we HAD to make our booking 2 nights instead of one. The schedule for the ferry is not easy to read so definitely call and have someone explain the ferry routes because they wont have any empathy they already have your money smdh I just started going to this place and I probably wont ever return for this. S/N we thought the last ferry was at 7:30 we were parking at 6:30 as the last ferry pulled off one of the ferry fair collectors informed us that they only run the 7:30 ferry on Friday

A group of my friends were planning on staying at Put-In-Bay Resort and Conference Center for a combined bachelor-bachelorette party. A few of us booked our rooms via their website (not a third-party site) and a few days later everyone who booked a room had fraudulent charges from Walmart on their credit cards, totaling approximately $700. We all live in different cities, states, and used different credit cards. The only thing we had in common was booking this hotel. Also, looking at other reviews over the past six months, this has happened to many guests at the hotel. Feeling unsafe and truly violated, we decided to cancel our bookings. Thankfully, we were in the time frame where we could recover most of our initial deposit. When we emailed the owner to cancel the booking he ignored our emails and refused to provide any receipt or confirmation that our reservation had been cancelled. Due to his attitude, lack of response, and refusal to provide any sort of confirmation, I am suspicious he is aware of the unethical activity and chooses to do nothing about it or acknowledge there is a problem.

Hello *******, you actually booked thru a 3rd party website called Booking Center. If your card was in fact compromised it would have been from your interaction on their site. When you click book now, you will see you are non longer on the Resorts website. You can see this in the URL when you do so. No employee or manager has access yo the full credit card number other than to swipe it when you are present. We do not store credit cards. This is a nationwide problem and while we are sorry your card was compromised, It is not possible that it occurred at the hotel level. Thanks
