      I was looking for a business to do lawn mowing, edging and perhaps planting of trees and shrubs when needed. I called this business after finding their website, which looks professional. I called the business, left a message with a person who answered the phone, but didn't hear back from the owner. I went to their website and found the "contact" portion, then wrote for an estimate to mow my lawn regularly, etc. The owner finally responded after days and said he isn't always available to answer messages because he's out on jobs. What about this person who answered the phone? Is this some fly by night operation? The owner did say he'd come to my home and look at the square footage. He never rang the bell or spoke to me, then wrote back only. Well, that isn't any way to run a legitimate business. Certainly, if he were what he passes himself off as- an experienced professional-this would not have occurred. We couldn't find anyone, so we hired him to mow/edge.The cost would be $200/month or $50 once a week. We inquired about mulching. His quote was $1400 vs others who only charged approximately $300+; we then hired another person to mulch. We asked about tree removal/planting a new one; again his costs were high ($149 to remove and $375 for new tree)..Others quoted $75 for removal and we hired one of them. We looked for another person to mow and the cost was less. So we wrote to the owner of Greenwise and told him we won't use him any longer for mowing and asked about tree planting.He never responded after several inquiries- probably because he was angry. That isn't any way to treat customers. Due to his lack of communication, he had no idea if we would use him for trees/shrubs in future, which means more business for him. That didn't seem to matter, however, and no response was his response. I don't recommend this company due to this terrible experience. The owner's personal feelings matter more than client's needs. Very unprofessional and rude. Not worthy to hire.
