    I have been dealing with life source for over a year now handling a bill for my son’s ambulance ride from urgent care to the children’s hospital. First bill I received they had my sons name wrong and I told them they had his middle name as his first name. I also gave them my insurance information at this time. I was told I would receive another bill if any amount was due. A few months go by and I receive another bill for the full amount with my son’s name still as his middle/last name. I call to get it corrected and to have them resubmit it to insurance. I was told the same thing. If I owe anything after insurance I will receive a bill. A few more months go by and I receive another bill for full amount (this time my sons name is correct), I was told to call insurance company to see what was going on. I call my insurance company and they have nothing submitted from lifeforce for my son. I call lifeforce back and have them submit it again. I then get a bill in October of 2023 and I called my insurance and they stated that they paid them on August 17th 2023. I then called life force back and they stated that it was paid by insurance company and no amount was due and to disregard the bill. I said if they got payment from insurance company in August then why was they still trying to bill full amount? They couldn’t give me a clear answer, just again stated that no amount was due. I asked for an email to state that and got hung up on. I now receive a bill today threatening to go to collections if I don’t pay in 10 days. It could have been settled long ago but I’ve been strung along Everytime and now they are threatening my credit when I e done everything to try to get this taken care of. For purposes the ambulance ride was in November of 2022. I’ve been dealing with this company for over a year now with no resolution and extremely poor service. Total originally due was 940, insurance paid 710.59. I was told no amount due after my last call. Now getting a bill for 229.41

    Poor customer service. Claims they billed my insurance but my insurance never received any claim. When I spoke to company representative ********* she informed me they had billed my insurance a second time, had a claim number, and would be producing payment from me. They claim number she gave me appears to be fabricated, as it IS Not an Anthem BC/BS claim number. Then I told her this wasn't a claim number from my insurance she hung up on me. I have documented my calls to Them. And have names of everyone I've spoken too All of them extremely rude, unprofessional and extremely unpleasant. Anthem representative even called them directly and they are refusing to bill my insurance properly. This is a 100% covered charge and I've never in years of experience with my insurance company ever had anything like this occur.

    I need more information, all of our calls are recorded and I cannot respond unless I know more details and the name of the person. This is very unusual complaint 

    I also am out of the office until Monday, perhaps the supervisor can respond ?

    We did file the claim to Anthem twice. Upon review, it appears that they did not receive either submission. We have filed the claim again and confirmed it was a successful submission. I did listen to the call and did not think it was rude or unprofessional, but I apologize if the patient took it that way. I will also follow up with the patient and see if she has any additional concerns.
