    8/21/23 I haven't the time nor the energy to type everything this guy has done. If you go to the previous review from 3/7/23 it is the exact same thing that happened to us verbatim! From the fraudulent lies that he told us and our insurance company to the not answering his phone after he received payment from our insurance company. Please be advised, DO NOT use this company! I wish that ****** would allow me to leave zero Stars but in order for my review to be added I have to give this company a rating and that is why I will rate it with one star, however, it deserves a negative 10 Stars!

    Beware of this fraudulent company. **** ****** ******** **** and **** ***** prey on customers so that they can rip their insurance companies off. **** who is the main up front guy told me for doing a water mitigation job he would only charge a couple thousand dollars but then his cohort ******** **** forwarded a bill to my insurance company for an unheard amount of $11,032 & provided my insurance company a doctored form with my signature stating I certified that the work for the $11,032 had been satisfactorily completed. What **** does is have you sign blank forms & then he and ******** later fill in the amount and send it to your insurance company. Although my insurance company was able to negotiate it down to $8,000 that was still considered exorbitant, They operate under a shroud of secrecy as **** provided me his first name only & a cell phone # with no business card & refused to give me even his last name. **** instructed me he would be speaking on my behalf to my insurance company to get me the amount that should be allotted me for the water damage but instead after his so called water mitigation, he refused to respond to texts or emails from me so I had to work with my adjuster alone but when it was time for my insurance co to pay the exorbitant $8,000 bill they submitted, ******** was calling me before I had even received the check keeping in mind **** cut off all communication with me for over 2 months prior to & provided me no other contact person.. **** also asked to keep my insurance policy so he could study it & after nearly 3 months, provided it back to me only after I requested it back when I had to give them the $8,000 check. This to me was an attempt to find out the maximum he & his cohort ******** could rip my insurance co off for. I asked for the owner of the company's name and they told me to look it up and would not provide it to me. **** ***** is the handyman who does the work for these two & was the one who referred **** to me.
