We started our interaction with Diyanni in Oct. 2024, when we met with **** ******** to discuss building our home. We were very impressed with the quality offered at Diyanni and decided to use them to build our new home. So far, every interaction with their team has been positive, from **** answering our seemingly never-ending questions, to **** ******** and *** being extremely thorough with our land improvements meetings, to ********* ****** being extremely flexible with her time and being extremely helpful with our color selections. The Diyanni team that we have worked with so far have answered all of our questions, listened to and accommodated our wishes and offered suggestions when we were unsure about something or offered better options.We have been very pleased with our Diyanni experience so far.

We are so excited to build our home with Diyanni, the customer service is exceptional. We selected the gold package which has many upgrades and options we love! ***** has been so helpful in designing just the perfect floor plan! Recently we had the opportunity to work with ********* for the color selection process, she was incredibly knowledgeable, provided options as well as advice, which we appreciated. We are in the early stages of the design process having recently chosen our house plan. We have been very impressed with the contents of the Gold package and the overall quality of the models and in-process homes we have seen. It has really been an easy experience working with the personable and knowledgeable people of Diyanni. We are looking forward to our finished home. My husband and I have been in our new Diyanni home for over five years now. We spent over a year looking for the perfect place to build and once we found our land the Diyanni team was with us every step along the way and they continue to be. We recently needed to replace a few Hardie Plank boards on the home that had been damaged and our Project Manager Ben was there to assist us. Thank you Diyanni for not only building us our dream home but continuing to care about us five years later. My wife and I have been in our home for over a year. We are thrilled to have Diyanni as our builder and we absolutely love the floor plan! The materials used are top quality and all services provided have guaranteed our home is as good as the model homes. In addition we have had expert contractors add details like crown molding, custom built shelving, granite, stone fireplace and craftsman stair cases. The large patios help us reconnect with the outdoors and enjoy our landscaping. The three car garage came in handy and is overall sized very well. Everything is sized slightly larger and really gives the home a cozy feel. The construction was long especially during the pandemic but allowed the builder to get everything done right and with quality. By the time we were handed the keys, Diyanni was there to work diligently to finish the remaining items to our satisfaction. During the process the builder treated us fairly and the builder worked with us to make our dream come true! As said best by a colleague about our house is “This house leaves a legacy”.
