**** with solar brokers was so rude on the phone. First he is condisending and talking to me like I was just a little ignorant woman. He constantly interrupted me or didn't want me to talk. He hung up on me in the middle of a sentence. That is seriously the worst customer service I have ever gotten! If you are a woman I would avoid talking to him, unless you like being talked to like you are stupid. Like we don't know we get charged per kwh for electric. Tried to tell me solar panels don't work in the winter which is not true at all. Just a horrible experience .

Some people we just can't help. We did not sell you solar. You called us! We did have to hang up on you and block your phone numbers from all of our systems. You are extremely hard to deal with. I wish you the best. As I said many times. You use all your power in the winter and the sun is just not here in Ohio in the winter. It gets dark at 5pm. Solar will not work for your home. Also as I told you many times. You are on a special electric plan for low income. You pay half of what normal people pay for power. At this point please stop harassing us. 5 starsIve been very satisfied with this company, and everyone Ive spoken with. Our **** ****, was really helpful and informative when laying everything out to start. Solar Brokers helped save us thousands of dollars, when compared with another company wed been talking with. The installers were efficient, professional, informative, and had everything done in one day. The longest part of the process was obtaining the permits and getting the final inspection, but that was unique to my county being back logged. Our panels are producing in line with what we were promised. Overall, I dont have much to complain about.Review fromZach D

They got my contact info from the permit department in my town which is pitching and is illegal then proceeded to call me to try and sell me a smaller system with a battery and no warranty and tried to sell me bs until I called him out it there's a lot more but point of the store don't bother with these people they are scammers and liarsSolar Brokers US

As we told you before, permit data is public information. We saw that you were able to receive a free battery from your electric company and we called you to let you know that you can get it for free. I am not sure why you are upset. If you do not want a free battery for your system then so be it. We were just letting you know that it was available to you. Please look up the ***************** Pair Program.Review fromBrian G

5 starsSolar Brokers was great! They helped pick the right system and find the right people to install it for us. They even supported in finding us a new roof and gutters as well. Amazing pricing and service. More than anything they knew what they were talking about, we spoke with a few other companies looking for a quick sale and gave us quick answers that ended up being wrong. **** knows his business, he knows what financing he is offering. Even after the install was complete months later Solar brokers was available and happy to remind me about and answer some questions we had around the Solar tax credit. 5 stars**** and ****** at Solar Brokers were amazing! Throughout the whole process they were extremely responsive and always took the time to answer all our questions. Everything they told us happened just as they laid out, all the way through getting our tax credit. Even after the job was finished (we installed in 2024) **** ***** walked me through and addressed all my tax credit questions! I always felt valued as their customer. I was going to use an out of state company, but found out that what the out of state company was selling me wouldnt be approved by **********. *******, the sales agent, explained the entire process and got me up to speed on what was allowable by **** Power. I dealt with the owner directly. He was recommended by our roof installer. We were going to go with a out of state company who said our roof was in great shape for panels. It wasn't, and needed redone with 13 sheets of new OSB having to be installed on our 1200 sq ft home. **** was great very helpful and really saved us from a really bad deal with both out of state solar and our roofer. Marks word and integrity are a rare find in today's world. He was very straight forward and detailed about the entire process. The only issue we had which wasn't in Solar Brokers control was how long AEP took to approve everything on their end so we could turn on our panels. We turned our panels on at the beginning of Nov 2024, and are waiting to see our 1st bill. If your looking for Solar call **** and tell him I sent you, you won't be disappointed!Solar Brokers US

5 starsWe just had solar panel installed by Solar Brokers. They were fast, courteous and efficient. They did a great job on our system of 18 panels. Waiting for them to be up and running any day now. Salesman was great! He was always available to answer all my questions and if he wasn't sure he called his boss immediately and got the answer. The ladies in the office scheduling the permits and install process were very helpful and worked with me and my schedule. The installers were on time and install was finished quickly. Overall they saved me a lot of money and did a great job. I would highly recommend Solar Brokers.Review fromStacy M

5 starsI was very skeptical when they first contacted me. But my wallet told me to listen and I am glad I did! They saved me thousands by switching to them from an out of state solar company. The panels were delivered one day, installed the next, and inspected on the third, so very seamless! They covered all permitting so I did not have to mess with ANY of that. Much easier process than I expected. If you are considering solar, at the very least hear them out if they contact you and compare the savings!Review fromBarry F
