The military hired a moving company to move our property into our home. My moving company is named Sabbath. The driver damage our lawn and sprinkler system. The driver offered to pay out of pocket $150 but we declined the money before we were unsure of the total damage. We submitted live video of the damage. The insurance company Vanliner informed they will not approve our claim unless we have Surveillance videos of the driver damaging the property in action.

Mr. ******** move took place on February 24, 2022.  ****************** did not report a claim regarding damage until May 20, 2022, almost 90 days after the move.  The ******* driver stated that there were several heavy trucks in the driveway the day he was there.  He stated that no one approached him about damage, and that he did not roll over the lawn or make any offers to pay for damage. It is possible that it was one of the other trucks and drivers that was approached, however the ******* driver is adamant that it was not him. Based on the amount of time that passed, and the inability to fully investigate the loss or any others who may have caused the damage we were not able to ascertain when or who damaged the lawn.  The video only shows the damage to the lawn, but does not show any vehicles, people, or lend any information as to when or who damaged the sprinkler head.
