We purchased a used car. He lied when asked about the noise in the front claiming he looked it over and was just the brand new tires hitting the ground. Upon a safety inspection from our mechanic. Mr K***** sold us a death trap that he covered up and lied about. The noise was due to a missing sway bar that he stuffed insulation in the spot to cover it up. The frame is completely rusted out in which he coated with some kind of black coating. The mechanic was literally poking holes in the frame by touching it with his fingers. We have pictures of all the rigging and hiding the frame damage. The new tires were dry rotted on the inside with bent rims. Our mechanic has never seen such rigging and said the guy has been doing this and knew what he was doing to sell the car. We want him to stop selling death traps and lying to the buyers before someone gets killed. We would like a complete refund and the car to be junked so nobody dies in it.

Note: No one buys something uses it 2 1/2 months then wants their money back.

If someone stuffed something in a hole on frame, it got by me, I would have sent out to be welded, If welder says can't be fixed I would get rid of car, as you can see I got rid of 3 other ones this year.

Note Thats a clean break, he snapped that lifting up.  Shiny No Rust.  I don't use a auto lift like this one.

This car has a good history and just passed inspection 1 year ago 6-9-21.

    Better Business Bureau:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

Mr K***** is lying and not taking responsibility for his shady business  practices. He is refusing a refund! He stated he didn’t have a lift to put the car on but there was one present in his garage and he stated in front of a witness the sound I was concerned about that I thought I heard was just the new tires hitting the pavement. Those inside of said tires were dry rotted. He stated he put it on the lift just to make sure. The sound was actually because half of the sway bar was missing. The car has sat in our driveway since the purchase as you can see on the odometer with minimal miles on it. The car was purchased for our 16 year old daughter who does not have her license yet. Upon preparing to take the test after the car began to lose more of its clear coat and leave rust on our concrete driveway we thought it needed inspected by a mechanic to make sure it was safe for our young driver. The mechanic told me he would never let his daughter drive this car. He could not believe the rigging that was done  and that the guy knew what he was doing to make money. There is no clean break of anything in the photos as the mechanic only examined the car. The only damage he did was by showing me the rust and his finger poking through the rust on the frame.
Mr K***** rigged this car for a sale and it could have killed my child. All the written documents provided by Mr. K***** was handwritten and is not actual proof of him losing a dime. He also has terrible reviews on ****** after doing some research into his business. I have contacted the BBB and I have tried with the attorney general which Mr. K***** replied with lies. Our next option is small claims court. We may not win or ever see a dime back but it would be cruel of not to do everything possible to warn others of Mr. K*****’s shady business practices.  Mr. K***** made us lose all  faith in the used car market and purchased our daughter a brand new car so we know she is safe now.
    Regards,
