    Took my 2015 F150 to the gentleman that owns Powells Towing. After Pat the owner had my truck in his shop. I paid and had him fix some issues on the truck such as replacing the oil pan and gasket, a new transmission and gasket, he replaced both head gaskets, both front valve cover gaskets. I picked the truck up after having it at his shop for months waiting for him to complete the repair and the truck had multiple issues. The transmission gasket and left valve cover gasket and oil pan were leaking heavily along with my new transmission shifting hard and slipping. I bought these issues up to the owner (Pat) and he pretty much told me I was lying. I then sent the truck to the Ford dealership in Circleville Ohio ( Coughlin Ford). They confirmed the issues with the truck and documented it they also found that the parts were incorrectly installed. I bought the service records to the Owner and he stated he wouldn’t fix any of the issues. It took me threatening to take him to court for him to agree to fix it and he said he would only repair it at his shop. It has been 1 1/2 weeks since he said it would be done I reached out to the owner with to response other than he was going to replace my (NEW) transmission that got damaged during improper install with a junk yard 112k mileage transmission. The transmission that was installed that he damaged had (0 miles on it). I pay $800 monthly for my truck and have owned it for 13 months and have only driven it 3 months the hole time of ownership and with less than 8k miles out on it. I highly don’t recommend this shop!
