    I hired a funeral home to cremate my father. He sat in the basement while they took their time to send over some legal document that no one in the world has ever heard of where the family members have to sign off on permission. After a week of being in the basement I had to keep calling to make sure he received the form. Then I had to push for my father to be sent to cremation. The obituary was supposed to be in the ***** ****** 3 days after and it was not. I only had a conversation with the man 2 days prior to the day. Then I asked him just to hurry up and put it in the paper. The obituary had 3 typos. He fixed one and then I had to call the ***** ****** to fix the rest. I never received a single phone call about any of my death certificates. Then I waited for 2 months of leaving multiple voicemails to see what my left over bill was which I said I shouldn't owe a penny because they were horrible and ruined my father's obituary. Also because I needed a piece of paper to start transferring the title of my father's car. They have ignored 5 phone calls from me. I finally called today because I wasn't able to do anything still with court. Somehow all of a sudden miraculously my bill showed up in front of them. This place is ridiculous. It is hard enough to bury a loved one. It is extremely difficult to do that when you've never done it before. But to be treated like garbage when you paid cash 2 days after they received a body and blown off for 2 months is disgusting. And I believe we were treated like garbage because we weren't a high ticket item for them. We were not a priority priority. I'm still waiting for an official receipt with my name on it so I can finish closing out the process of my father's affairs.
