I signed a contract with Addison on June 27th, 2024. His first day was August 14th, 2024. Project took two weeks. I paid for all of **************** of labor up front on June 27th, 2024, which was $6,250 in cash. I paid the remaining balance of $2,750 when he claimed it was done. After I was informed the job was complete, I noticed I still had the same issues I had prior to hiring him. I contacted Addison right away which was on Thursday September 12th, 2024. I didn't receive a response till Friday September 13th, 2024. He stated he was on vacation till Friday & would contact me to set up a day to come out. He never contacted me. I had to reach out to him on September 25th, 2024. He responded to me on that day asking if he could come out on that following Sunday at 12:00. I responded "perfect". Addison then texted me on Saturday the 28th asking if he could come out that day but I was not home. He asked if he could come on Monday around 5:30pm. He came out that day and worked on some things but couldn't finish what needed to be done in the master bathroom. He told me he would come back out. He was scheduled for 11/4/2024. I had to reach out on multiple occasions. Every time he leaves, I still have the same issues with the flooring. He does not reach out to me. I receive little to no communication. My kid's bathroom vinyl flooring is still coming up. The kitchen joists move when two people walk on the same one. My floor isn't leveled like the contract states would get fixed. My master bathroom floor still dips down when you step on it. I paid a total of $9,000 in cash. The subfloor support jacks are just sitting on top of my vapor barrier & sinking into ground when it gets wet. I paid $3,500 on materials yet no subfloor was replaced except in my small master bathroom and kids' bathroom. At this point I just want a refund. I must have everything redone. I've sent Addison videos of the issues I am still having as well. I tried to reach back out, but I am blocked.

I paid a deposit of a total of $3,300.00 on November 3rd for 2 contracts; 1 for a bathroom remodel that included the demo of the current bathroom, all new drywall hung and finished, install of flooring/vanity/bi fold doors of a closet and 1 for the garage to install and finish drywall on all walls and ceiling of garage and install of an exterior door and attic door. The deposit included all drywall material costs (not including flooring, vanity, doors or any paint) and half of labor up front. The contract date was to start on Dec 4th and to terminate upon the completion of the services. I was verbally told the job would take 2 weeks to complete. The business failed to show up on Dec 4th as contracted as the start date and the job did not start until Dec 5th. The last day they were here was Mon Dec 18th which is the day I paid in full. Not only was the business late several days, didn't show up altogether on 2 days, but they left an incredulous mess of drywall dust and mud caked all over the garage floor leaving stains that cannot be removed. Furthermore, we discovered as we were wiping walls and painting to finish off the garage that the drywall work was not finished. There are countless large cracks in the drywall, a hole in the wall and we can see every seam and joint where the drywall boards were not properly finished. We contacted the owner to bring this to his attention as soon as we realized the unfinished work on Wed Dec 27th. We received no response and contacted again on Thurs Dec 28th. Over the next several days we were told that he would be coming out to repair and finish the job. We were told he would be showing up on Wed Jan 3rd or 4th. He still did not show and told us he would be coming Fri Jan 5th to start and finish on Sun Jan 7th. He did not show up on Fri the 5th. We've made several attempts of contact for a partial refund as he did not uphold his part of the contract and he has not responded.
