    Paid KRC construction 50k in April to build a bedroom and bathroom in our two car garage. The original quote was 50k and supposed to be completed by summer of 2023. It took til October for the bedroom to be built and I had to buy the window treatments and closet doors along with pay someone else to install them just do my gma could finally move in. My gma is still without the bathroom. I need to pay for the second bathroom permit but also now KRC construction is claiming they didn’t account for the plumbers cost (9.5k) to get the isometric drawings to county and rough in the plumbing properly. So he left me hanging and said it was my bill when he has already received $50k from us!! Taking him to small claims court next.
