  Ledge hill Landscaping was hired to do a yard cleanup by blowing the leaves and removing them from the property, The company he sub-contracted blew the leaves to the curb of the property but on took of half of the away. We waited almost a week and tried to contact Ledge Hill and got no response. During the waiting period we signed and mailed a check for Snow removal to Ledge Hill and the company has not honored the signed contract. The did check the check. We had to make other arrangements to have the snow removed. We have been unable to contact Ledge Hill, and they will not respond to my wife's emails. Very poor customer service.

  In regard to the complaint from the ******* Residence, during the Fall Cleanup that our team provided back in November of 2024, the team moved all leaves curbside and began to vacuum up the leaves at curbside [All curbside leaves are picked up within one week by our separate leaf removal crew]. Our crew noted that we had reached capacity that day for our vacuum truck [On a Saturday], we did intend to come back to remove the remaining pile that was removed curbside [like the quote stated]. After the following week of all week rain [in which we did not have our crews servicing properties], we came back and crews noted that the remaining pile was no longer there. We only invoiced for the work completed that day and still accepted a roughly $300 discount for that service. 

  As for the snow removal contract, we have not received any emails from Crystal or Ray ******* since 11/13/24, none of which regarding snow removal. We would be happy to help out. They are more than welcome to contact their plow driver Jake at (************ anytime. Or us directly at ******************************.
