I purchased a 2017 ****** Altima Im 2 months ago from precise motors. They wanted to help me finance the car but their interest rate was on the higher side. I contacted a different bank and I got an auto loan for $13500. I purchased the car for $15, 535. They wanted to sell to me a warranty for like $2000 but I couldnt get money to buy it. On my way back to **********, ** I saw a check engine light on the car and when I called them, they said its an oxygen sensor. I drove the car back to them and the mechanic took care of the situation. Just after 8 weeks the transmission of the car went bad. The car has less than ***** miles. I contacted both the sales man (****) and the owner of the place (****) and my calls are being ignored. As a struggling international student I dont think I deserve this. Sales man called the next day and said there is nothing they can do for me and that its a law that when you buy a car one or two months after any problem that *** arise is in your own expense. I just cant stop crying like a baby. The first payment of the car is not due and the car is already broken down due to bad transmission. They knew the transmission was bad and they sold the car to me. I took the car to a transmission shops for detail diagnostics and they said the transmission was junk. I just cant stop crying as I have to drive 30 mins to work everyday. I feel like I have been cheated and they told me blatantly that there is nothing they can do for me. But I leave them to the almighty creature.
