            Date of transaction 8/12/2023 Contractor had a very long and detailed conversation with me to discuss my issues with the work completed including standing water for extended periods of time that will freeze in the winter and cause breakdown of product faster then if job was done correctly. Water does not mitigate in the manner it is suppose to. Large divide in the middle of the work that should have been smooth and was done impropperly. Owner said he could easly come out and fix it with a blowtorch. He came out looked at it and said he didnt see any issues. Then contacted me to let me know he was putting a lein on the house. At this point the business owner is harassing me instead of correcting the iossues as discussed. He was very confident it was a simple fix however is attacking me and my neighbors property now instead of collaborating like the professionals they claim to be. Continues to escalate the situation and get angry and aggressive instead of being productive and correcting the issues so that the product is as described when we were given the quiote
