This guy makes the best swarm bait on the market. I have been using it for a few years and find there is nothing out there that supersedes this mixture. One day as I was setting swarm traps, I had put some of his swarm bait in the box and before I got it set there were bees trying to get in. Love this stuff and think it's worth a try for all swarm catchers. Thank you Crazy Bee Guy

Super helpful and provided me numerous solutions for our bee issue. Definitely recommend reaching out even if it's simply for identifying the bee type.

DON'T DO IT! Reached out in May, He said he was going out of town but would stop by the next day before he left. No call, text or show. Called 2 weeks ago and scheduled an appointment for last Thursday. He showed up with no tools to check anything. Said he would be up this Thursday. I called/texted several times to confirm with no response. Called him today, the day of, and he said he was too busy today. This is absolutely horrendous customer service. Any place else would be better. Unbelievably disrespectful.

Never told her I was to busy. I met with her husband the week before and told him I would be back around same time and in same day of week because of dr. Appointment near them. They were also told of the phone number she was trying was broke and that is why they sent me pictures to my other phone number. Never tried to contact my other phone number. Anyway she called yesterday morning and was saying she had things to do and wanted to know when I was going to be at her home. I already told her husband day and time. So I started to tell her to do what she needs to do, and I didn’t get to finish my comment to her to let her know I could work around her schedule. She just said she was done and going to leave me a bad review. I texted her letting her know just exactly what I said here and she was still mad , I told her I hope she has a better day and left it alone after that. I’m sure if husband didn’t tell her or she really wanted me there yesterday she would of talked with not at me. Everything was ready for her bee removal yesterday. To top it off they weren’t paying me for this either. Thank you for taking time and reading.

Honestly can't tell if he is straight outlying or is so disinterested that he can't remember what happened. 1. This was not a free job. This was a cut out job which required him to cut into the side of the house and the roof area, remove the bees and the nest and then him and his son would patch everything backup. He gave us an approximate cost of $500 to do all of this work when I talked to him back in May. 2. He never showed up for the May appointment never called or texted just left us hanging. We had no idea when he was going to be coming back from the trip he said he was going on. He knew we were very concerned about the bees because they were right next to where my son sleeps and he is a special needs child. 3. After waiting a couple months I again started contacting him. I was finally able to reach him on the phone and he said he would be out on Thursday. I reiterated everything we had discussed in May and he knew where the nest was and that it was going to be necessary to view it to have a ladder. He showed up on Thursday with no ladder and no way of viewing anything up close. He did not give my husband any specifics other than it's other than he would be back hopefully the next Thursday. 4. For an entire week I reached out with numerous phone calls, voice messages and a text message asking to confirm that he was going to be coming on Thursday and if he could give us a window of time. As usual he didn't bother to contact back in any way shape or form for over a week. Does this sound like somebody who's a victim I don't think so. 5. I finally got ahold of him Thursday morning and he informed me that it didn't look like a good day for him to come out. No apology for blowing us off in May. No apology for blowing me off for the last week and not returning phone calls or text messages. No stating when he might be able to come out. So at that point I told him just to forget it. How many chances do you have to give someone before you realize they are not reputable enough to be digging a hole in the side of your house for bees. 6. He is absolutely no victim. He does not know how to run a business appropriately or respectfully to the client. It took all of 2 hours to find someone else who was able to take the job. I was also set up with contractors who could come and fix the hole. Running a business doesn't mean you do what you want when you feel like it and blow people off if you're inconvenienced. I had no problem paying the $500 for a job that would have been done appropriately. But to be quite honest after all these months if you can't even return a phone call or admit to all the mistakes you made along the way I do not want you touching my home. Hopefully you get it together and start treating people with the respect that they deserve. I don't feel bad leaving this comment because it's all true and I have no reason to lie. I would hate to see this happen to someone else. Thankfully the bees did not end up in my son's room and this will be taken care of this week by a real professional.

I called very concerned about a very large swarm of bees. We discussed how we wanted to approach the situation. "That Crazy Bee Guy!" was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. We very much appreciated his guidance and caringness. I would recommend.
