Terrible service. They deserve no Stars. They do not honor their guarantee. This is what happened to me… 1 1/2 hr Late arrival. Stayed 15 minutes and rushed cleaning the carpet. I could’ve done a better job renting equipment and doing it myself. I called the office the next day and requested they come out again prior to payment. They agreed, came out and performed the job again. While they were still at the property, I received a nasty call from the supposed owner (the same person who had agreed to have the cleaning redone) that if I did not give her my credit card information to make the payment she would report me to the local police department. All of this when she had agreed to redo the job before my payment. When I called in the payment (within hours of the job completion) she stated that I’d better call the police department and let them know that it was paid because she had already filed a report. I told her she’d better make that call or she would be speaking to my attorney. I strongly recommend that you use another company.
