  As a service provider to this firm my recommendation is for NO ONE to work for this firm or no homeowner to use them. This firm primarily represents USAA and Liberty Mutual, the force the contractor to do minimal work to restore a home from damages to save the Carriers money. The do not believe the contractors who work for them and will turn on you when you catch on to what they are doing and do anything and everything to hurt the homeowners and contractors when they don’t get their way Don’t work for this firm as a contractor they will ultimately turn on you and don’t hire a contractor they send as the contractor can’t do what’s needed to restore your home

  I agree with all bad one star reviews and have a similar story. I'm out of.my home since Jan. 13, 2025 I hope you have better luck. Big thanks to Byron fixed my.problem today.

  We used this company through our insurance and they were absolutely HORRIBLE. They recommended a “vetted contractor” who ended up bailing on the rest of our hail damage claim project due to not profiting enough. Accuserve reps are incredibly passive aggressive and are absolutely no help over the phone. They fail to communicate efficiently and resolve nothing. Worst experience I’ve ever had with insurance. Do NOT use their services.

  These folks are scam artists. I don’t know why my insurance company (Liberty Mutual) would be willing to risk its reputation working with such a sleazy organization with so many complaints and negative reviews. I submitted a claim for a minor roof repair in early May. I was contacted the same day by the claim adjuster, Kennisha Bell, at LM. Several weeks went by before I was contacted by someone using Kennisha’s phone number, vaguely identifying themselves as working with LM. They kept setting then canceling appointments to assess the repairs. Weeks would go by and then I would hear from someone else, also from Kennisha’s number, also with rather vague identification. Finally a “contractor” submitted an outrageous estimate, which LM approved and paid, thereby compromising my claims history. (Makes me wonder if Kennisha was in on the scam.) I called Kennisha at that same number and pointed out that I had some concerns about the estimate. She responded rather testily that I could work with my own contractor, but that I would be out of luck if I needed further repairs. Then the AccuServe contractor sent me a text asking me to digitally sign the estimate before they would come out. I declined because of the details that needed to be discussed. Thank goodness I declined. The contractor set a date to make repairs, then never showed up. It is now July 27. I called AccuServe today (at Kennisha’s number), and they disavowed any knowledge of Kennisha. When I pressed, a supervisor at AccuServe (I think her name was Hailey) told me it wasn’t her problem and I would have to work with Kennisha to reverse the fraudulent claim. Kennisha has not responded to my phone calls or texts. Cecilia White at AccuServe did send me an email telling me they weren’t going to do the work, but the email has no URL or other identifying information to identify it as a legitimate business. The whole thing is really sketchy.

  Customers BEWARE! Biggest waste of time ever. This company is the worse company to deal with. They pretend it's the contractors or insurance company holding things up but they are actually doing nothing to help the project move along. Extremely poor project management. They have delayed my repair project for over a year do to their lack of attention. I am calling today to drop out of this program and work directly with a co tractor and my insurance company.

  If I could give negative stars as the rating I would. This company was the recommended vendor from Safeco insurance company. We used them for a hail storm that came in summer of 2023. The roof, railing and gutters were damaged in the storm. Job needed to wait till spring to be completed, and come spring time I had to constantly follow up with them to get a status and have them complete the work. The roof finally got done and not the first job of the spring as promised. Very poor communication. They never told us ahead of time what day the project would start or even when materials would be dropped. that was all a surprise including men showing up at 6:30 am to start the roof. Then gutters were never done - they tried to get me sign off that the job was complete. and after now another month post roof job still no communication or plan to finish the gutters. They also could not fix the railing but did not communicate that until I followed up about that as well. Had to hire another company to finish the gutters and railing for this project. I can't say strongly enough what a disaster this company is! Even after I was escalated to the regional manager - still the issued were not remedied. This company embodies the term "Huckster"

  They hire inferior contractors who use inferior materials and when the materials start to fail they refuse to honor the 5 year guarantee and do nothing to resolve problems and take the side of their incompete contractors

  Code Blue Cashed a check that was accidently sent to them for an estimate only. This was for water damage. They never did the work and clearly aware of that. This is complete incompetence or fraudulent behavior.
