    Total FRAUD’S Contract was never given till finished. Kept asking for one. Was to be rewritten because of price. It was all different when redone. Never got copy till check was in his hand. BEWARE!! BEWARE!!! GET Everything in writing and if landscaping/each area needs a diagram with what should be done. We have Unfinished jobs. Very sad I’d been taken for double digit thousands of dollars. Owner was very intimidating. And did threaten us as the guy stated below. RUN as fast as you can away. (Very serious about this,) Look at others for help in what you need, not here!!!! KC

    Total fraud. Had me sign what I thought was a work release, but was actually a blank contract. Nothing on it till just before I paid. Left without finishing about 30% of what I paid for and said that was all that was agreed on. The truth is that his truck was full and he didn't want to pay to dump a 2nd load. My fault for not making sure I had the contract, but he refused to even show it to me until I paid. The owner was very intimidating and threatened me multiple times. I only paid out of fear of retribution. The police have my report. As others have said, if I could have given a "0" if I could.
