  I hired Affordable Tree Service in November 20222, it’s a lady her name is Veronica we agreed on 9 trees above hanging over my house to be cut for $900.00 and I added 2 more trees behind my garage $100.00 for each, so $200.00 more total of 11 trees for $1,100.00? They left all the tree branches and top part of trees laying in my yard, and back of the house and branches fall on my motor bike, it was dark and cold when she said they were finished and I gave her the money $1100.00 she had no receipt. She said she didn’t have one, and I been calling ever since, I text her asked her again for my receipt and she said absolutely. And still never got it and still have all brush and wood all around my house. I even asked her about the mess they left me and said it would be double price of $2100.00 cause she has to pay here boys! I thought when tree cutters cut trees they take and haul it away! I see maybe 4 trees were cut and the rest were just top off leaving the tree stalks. I have a big mess in my yard and around my house, and I’m disabled and no help to help me get this mess cleaned up! Shouldn’t they have to take what they cut? And I WANT MY RECEIPT, THEY GOT OVER ON ME, AND IM 60 and disabled and got handicaps, and they took advantage of me! HELP ME PLEASE!

  Mrs. *********** received a bid of 1,100.00 for (9) trees on hillside and the addition of (2) trees on the opposite side of the property;  inclusive to all equipment, labor, fuel and service fees.

  That (bid) did not include clean-up; disposal of all wood, brush and debris; that would have been an additional 500.00 or additional labor cost of 500.00

  We are not in the habit of getting over on people or aiding in insurance fraud or get rich quick scams.

  Nor are we a non profit organization.

  She has received her receipt and the full scope of the agreed upon service provided; by accepting said receipt.

  I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
  
  Need to send more pictures to see if you see nine trees cut down all I see is branches cut off and laying back of my house and on ground and on top of my motorcycle that got brown tarp on it! And I sent pictures of the front of my house the branches they left in my yard and creek and city made me move them or get finder for clogging up the drain! They are a very Bad Company, Liar, BIG LIARS, NOT RESPONSIBLE,FOR NOTHING, THEN TRYING TO ADD GAS CHARGES, AND HAUL AWAY CHARGES, WHICH WASN’t discussed! I thought cutting a tree included branches being hauled away also, why they charging more money like i was getting charged 3 times for 1 tree the pictures I just sent are from my bedroom window to show you all the branches on the ground and no trees cut down but all the bare trees they just cut the limbs off not the tree itself, I’m disabled how can I clean this mess up! THEY ARE VERY SAD TREE CUTTERS, VERY IRRESPONSIBLE BUSINESS! It makes me sick how they treated me!
