  Beginning of spring we had our driveway extended. Needless to say, had we know what kind of damage this company would do to our existing driveway, we would not put a single thought into doing the extension. While they completed the extension the way they promises, they SCRATCHED almost all of our existing driveway with the equipment used. It was specifically handled by the owner. He drove the equipment directly on our existing driveway without putting something over it to shield it from being damaged. Once the job was done, I expressed concern to the owner about the scratched, who at the time said “give it few rainfalls and they will disappear”. As people were coming over to see what we have done, they were also stating the scratches were so visible. I then called the owner again, who said he can give us a partial refund of $100 to compensate the damage caused OR power wash our driveway (increasing our water bill) and sealing the driveway. Since those were our options, we chose the second one, to power wash and seal it. He did do that, however its fall now and the scratches are an EYE-SORE. I called him yesterday and left a message. No response, of course. I called again this morning, and he talked to me like I am some worthless person with such attitude and rudeness, dismissing what I was bringing up. He said “your driveway is not damaged, it is drivable”. I did not state that it is not drivable RATHER that he had made our existing driveway so UGLY by embedding DEEP unremovable scratches! He said “you can buy some stain” and then I asked if he could do that for us, which he replied “absolutely not”. We are beyond dissatisfied.

  The business has stated the consumer was offered two options and agreed and accepted the option; power wash and seal, which is valued at $800.00. The business has since completed the service and will not be providing any additional offers to the consumer.

  $800 value? Totally disagree. Thanks for nothing. The true values were presented about this company. Pictures of what was done to our driveway were posted also on their website.

  if it were the truth that the power was and the sealer were an $800 value, why were we offered $100 back?
