1 starI am extremely disappointed with my recent experience with Wilson. We have been Wilson Healthy Home members for many years, and have always used Wilson for our services and been impressed with the quality of the work we have received. However, this last week has been a nightmare. **** came out on Monday. He diagnosed the problem with our leaky shower. I told him it leaks into the living room when someone is showering. He told us we needed a new tub spout, new shower head, access panel in our closet, and new shower valve. We were quoted $1.6k for this service. Tech came out on Tuesday. He was kind, polite, and efficient. Husband noticed on Tuesday evening that the plate behind the shower head was not caulked to the wall - no big deal, these things happen, so we called and they were apologetic and sent him out on Wednesday morning to correct this. He did in a timely manner and was very kind. Wednesday evening, I took a shower and we noticed the same issue - the shower was leaking into our living room. My husband called and explained the situation. We were scheduled for a recall repair. Tech came out, my husband showed him the video of the leak from inside the access panel and the tech performed another repair. Fast forward to this evening when I go to take another shower, and the shower is STILL leaking. They said they could fit us in on this Saturday - oh wait, no Saturday appointments were available - we can do it next weekend (May 3rd). Thats over a week without a shower. I asked to speak to a manager and was told there was no one to speak to. We came to an agreement that someone will come out on Monday. I will be taking off of work AGAIN. This will be time number five that someone is coming out to repair what should have been done early this week. We have spent over a thousand dollars to fix this issue. I am so incredibly frustrated with the way this issue has been handled. Clearly the problem was misdiagnosed and now we are paying the price.Review fromAntanete R

1 starAWEFUL.When we had Wilson out for a free estimate- and they did not charge a dispatch fee we thought how kind and generous, until they arrive then they try and charge you everything under the moon. Our A/C unit is less than 3 years old but stopped working after a big storm and power outage. (Thought maybe it was fuse out) Wilson came out and quoted us $1900 for unnecessary items to repair. For the A/C.We immediately knew a second opinion would be best, we called a different company and they said it is a $20 fuse they needed to be replaced to get it to working again.I tried to get ahold of the manager with this company to let them know how unacceptable and untrustworthy this company is to their potential clients, when in doubt always get a second or third option. I pray they dont take advantage of the elderly folks, for a simple fix by trying to make a simple job into a bigger job and more cost effective to their advantage and if this was an honest mistake then their technicians need adequate training on appropriate necessary repairs.I am quite shocked how a $20 item to get the ** running again can be presumed into an almost $2,000 fix with Wilson plumbing.I also dont like how they have a 6 hour wait window and call to tell your technician is on their way but dont specify how long they will be. We waited two hours for the tech to show up from the time the phone call was received about the tech being on their way.Review fromGineil R

1 starThis company scammed us!!! We paid $650 for a Main Sewer line to be snaked. There prices are 5x higher than most plumbing companies. Now the price would not have been a problem had they done their job correctly. The sewer water began to rise back up in the drain less than 24hrs later. When I called the company back out they tried o charge me another $650 and also at the time advised me their Main Sewer line snacking was not guaranteed work so they would have to charge me again. In no way would we pay that again and in less than 24 hours the drain was clogged again. We called another plumbing company got the drain snaked for $189 and the drain has been working every since.Review fromSue Y

5 starsI had routine checks done on my basement furnace and outside unit. **** *. did a fantastic job explaining everything and discovering some issues that required further cleaning and also further work to be done soon. He was thorough, professional, and provided options for me. I have used Wilson for plumbing issues, and will continue to call them in the future.Review fromMarva S

1 starThe business has a definite problem with co-ordination of service. I had an original appointment and 2 rescheduling that they did not show up for! As a result of wasting 3 1/2days of waiting for them I have severed all connections to this company! Be aware that their service appointment system is very chaotic and poorly handled!!!!Review fromDan M

5 starsI was totally impressed with the promptness, honesty, service and value that Wilson Plumbing, Heating, ***************************************** provided me. I was beginning to think that ALL the **** companies in my area don't really care about the customer or there concerns. They lie, overcharge and are disrespectful. Wilson Plumbing, Heating, ***************************************** BLOWS AWAY the competition! I will use them in the future for all my **** needs.Review fromJacqulyn T

1 starRequested an estimate for a small leak at a rental home. They returned 3 estimates ranging from ******* to ******* which included replacing toilets and full stack pipe. After review we felt they were attempting to scam us as it is a rental home. The leak was fixed that was the size of a top of a pin with sanding and a type of pipe fixation for the cost of *****. Wilson plumbing is nothing if not predatory and should be investigated.Review fromBrett H

2 starsUsed them twice recently. First time was to install a tankless water heater. Tech installed the clean out upside down. Called them back out and they did fix it. Second time was during a very cold stretch, my heating was barely keeping up. Tech arrived and I asked her to check the ducting because I could feel leaks, I saw one duct disconnected. She then quoted me a few thousand dollars for some dampers. Instead they sent their salesman to tell me that I needed to replace my 100% functional and working HVAC system with a NEW system for $14k!!!I got on a ladder, used duct tape and repaired my issue. No new HVAC system needed. So I paid their techs $89 to give me a ripoff quote and try to sell me their subscription services. I got literally nothing for my $89 and nothing got repaired. These guys will try to rip you off in a hot minute.Review fromSusan R

1 starI called Wilson and scheduled a service call concerning a slow running kitchen sink drain. I was told the service call to asses the situation would be around $95. I accepted and a drain tech arrived the morning of November (, 2023. Upon inspection the tech explained the charge to clear the drain would be an additional $250. Although I thought the charge was exorbitant I agreed. I explained to the tech that there was a cleanout in the basement for the drain where the problem had been found in the past. The tech stated that he always works from the top down. The tech began snaking the drain from below the kitchen sink. After two attempts to clear the drain the tech stated that the drain was still slow and very forcefully continued to snake the drain. Three total attempts. Finally the tech asked to see the cleanout in the basement and removed the cap/cover. When the water was then turned on in the sink a new hole in the pipe began leaking. I then found a bucket, put it under the leak and the tech and I saw water in the cleanout. The tech ten snaked out from the cleanout, poured some water from the bucket in the cleanout and stated the problem was fixed, the pipe was old and the repair was my responsibility and the cost to repair the pipe would be an additional $600 to $800. A plumber from Wilson came out the next day, quoted a price of $450. I thought this was exorbitant and declined. The kitchen sink and the laundry drain were both backing up by Nov 14. The same drain tech came out Nov 15, stated the 30 day warranty did not apply and I would be charges an additional $300 to clear the drain. I refused. Bottom line, I paid Wilson $186.75 for a broken pipe and a drain that still ran slow and a laundry drain that backed up because they did not adequately clear the line. Another company came out cleared the drains properly for $$187.20. They are now working well. Repair of the broken pipe is scheduled for a charge of $200. My total out of pocket $573.95. Terrible
