NCAMK, LLC informed BBB that even though it did not purchase the liabilities of SC Streetsboro, LLC it will honor warranty issues that customers of SC Streetsboro LLC.

    I Bought a car from sales associate **** ******* *** And Sales manager ****. When I bought the vehicle they said they would send me a check for the cost of a second set of keys, as the vehicle I bought only had 1 set of keys. They said they would write me a check for $150.00. The new set of keys cost $254.40. When I found out the next day after buying the car the price of the new keys, I immediately tried to contact the Dealership to speak with either **** or **** about the price of the new keys. I tried everyday 2-3 times a day for 5 days straight to get ahold of either **** or ****. I finally called a final time and blocked my number so they couldn't see my number on the caller ID. They finally answered my call after ignoring me for 5 days straight and said, they couldn't help me because he didn't know what was negotiated. Then hung up the phone on me mid conversation. I just want them to hold up to their word and cover the full cost of a new set of keys like they promised me when I bought the vehicle.

    Less that 2 weeks of owning my 2021 kia ********* it's been in the shop once for cluster lights. They didn't "find anything wrong" made it 20 min into my 50 min drive home and the lights came back on. Called yesturday 7/24 service **** told me the manager would be contacting me. It is now the following day and still nothing. I've called multiple times left 2 messages and no response. I requested they fix the problem, give me replacement, or I want a full refund, still no answer. I refuse to drive the car to them for the safety of mine and my kids if there is a major issue arising. I will be taking my business somewhere else and if they sold me a lemon I will be contacting my lawyer. *** is streetsboro has been ZERO HELP.
