      Soft-Lite windows were installed in my home in 2004. Never had a problem or issue until now when one of the window parts cracked. I contacted their corporate office, and ****** has been helping me obtain this part. She not only obtained the part for me, but communicated by E-Mail every step of the way letting me know what was going on. I highly recommend these windows and the excellent ***************** **************

      Soft -Lite,was a pleasure to deal with.I bought my Windows 24 years ago and over the time some parts broke and i contacted Soft-Lite a few weeks ago to get some replacement parts.The claims department contacted me and I gave them the info about the parts I needed and they shipped everything immediately.Wonderful customer service.Thanks again,*************************

      My original SoftLite windows were installed more than 10 years ago and earlier this Spring I noticed that 2 out of 22 appeared foggy and had failed. I phoned the company in early August and was greeted by friendly and knowledgeable women (I placed multiple calls with multiple questions) who walked me through the warranty replacement glass process. They were careful to explain that the warranty is for replacement glass only, not the entire window or shipping. Accepting those parameters, I provided the required information, uploaded my photos and they were quickly reviewed and approved. I received a quote on 8/31/23. I approved the quote and two securely packed boxes of replacement glass arrived via UPS on 9/16/23, as estimated. I found dealing with SoftLite to be stress free. I was fortunate to have my original installer complete the process even though he recently sold his business!

      Outstanding product!!!We purchased our windows 10 yrs ago and not one issue!! These are the best windows. After the company that we purchased them from went out of business we thought we were without a warranty as promised. The company that took over for them did not honor the previous companies warranty but sent me directly to Softlite to resolve my problem.Softlite customer service is the Greatest! They sent the parts we needed and videos on how to repair our window. They are Outstanding. I had the parts within days of submitting my warranty request (which was a simple process). They stand behind their product and I must say it again, OUTSTANDING!!These are the best windows, easy maintenance and beautiful.Customer service is SUPERB!

      Fantastic Company! when they tell you guaranteed for life they mean it! We just had hardware repairs made to 10-12 windows, half of which were 18 years old, other half 23 years old. no questions asked... *****; our field service rep went above/beyond to insure not only that was all in perfect working order before he left, but also that both my wife and I would be able to confidently take care of any future minor repairs ourselves!

      I bought some windows from ********* LLC when I was an employee of the company,they gave a Life time warranty for them. But when needed my Windows repaired or replace with new sages I was told they no longer honor my warranty. So if I was you dont buy there windows. I still cant get my windows replace or repaired.

      Our windows were finally installed after one-year of waiting due to pandemic issues with the manufacturer and installer. After installation, we are not happy with the quality of the windows.Sliders are not secured, nor is the ** protection what we expected. Sound quality is very poor as well. Their solution was to replace the main living room window with triple pane and have another company install window filming. Our original build windows (50+ year old) were better. Very disappointed. Looking at other 'named' brands to replace the living room window.
