    Window above the a/c unit jars window Area so badly seal broke and moisture leaked in and the outer blew out at 3am over 2 months ago. My original installer is no longer available found **** installs and does the maintenance. Called and spoke to Mike and told to send pictures. I would pay for labor $350 to install glass. Glass per my contact is 50 year warranty. According **** **** I have to for glass. The complete bill would be $625. I AM UNHAPPY I NOW I HAVE TO PAY FOR GLASS that is supposed to be under warranty.

    You’ve sent this to the wrong contractor. Apparently, this customer and contractor are in Illinois. I am in Cleveland, Ohio. Please fix as quickly as possible.

    I had a screen room installed and the door will not open on warm-hot days. So it can't be used. They were supposed to come and repair it last year, and they never came. It cost good, hard-earned money to have it installed and we can't enjoy it.

    Alan we built you screen room in 2015. The following year you had the same problem, we found that your deck boards had moved or shrunk we repaired it. Since then every year you have the same problem and we repaired it every year it’s not a problem with our room it’s a problem with your deck it appears The deck boards are deteriorating. I will stop by when I’m in the area and get you an estimate on repairing your deck

    They came out one time that's all! They put a 2 by 4 against the door frame and hammered it a couple times and that's all they did. They never came back after that.

    Aluminum will not shrink on hot days. I have never witnessed the door not opening. In 2018 we pried the deck boards out and anchored them with screws. we built this screen room in 2015. we did build the deck therefore we can not warranty the deck.
