On June 25th I ordered 2 pizzas. One of which was a "white pizza". It is not on the menu but ive ordered it in the past and it was made very well. Garlic sauce, mozzarella, spinach and tomatoes. I know its not on the menu so each time I call I make sure they understand what I want. The gentleman said ok and placed the order. When I got home and opened the box there were onions and mushrooms on the pizza that I did not ask for or want. I called Tommy's pizza and said I believe I got the wrong order. I explained I did not ask for onions and mushrooms I only requested spinach and tomatoes. I was told I was wrong and I got what I ordered. I said no and requested a refund. Lilly said they dont give refunds. I did not want another pizza because by the time they made another one it would be to late in the evening. I asked for the owners name and number after being treated like a piece of garbage by the manager. Lilly refused to give it to me. I have made numerous phone calls and searched the Internet to try and find the owner but have not had any luck. Yesterday I again called Tommy's and spoke to a very rude man who also called me a liar. I dont feel any customer deserves the horrible treatment that I received and I am trying to find a name and number to the owner so I can discuss the situation and come to a resolve.
