On 10/23/2024 I bought a 4-pack of ******* **** Pods 5% from Sami Quick Stop drive thru in *********. I opened it to find that the color of the pod was extremely dark. I hit the **** with the Sami Quick Stop pod in it, it was extremely bad tasting, very harsh and leaking juice within my ****. I took the **** pod pack with the receipt into the store. I asked for the manager at the counter and they questioned why?. I stated I needed to talk to them. He came over with an attitude as if I was wasting his time. I explained that the pods were bad and that I wanted a refund. He raised his voice at me and told me I didnt make them! The company did!. I left the store. I then went to ****** in **************, **** where I bought another pack of **** pods. They were authentic and tasted great. I took a picture to compare the good pod with the fake one. If you search on the internet counterfeit **** pods, every description fit the ones I bought at Sami Quick Stop. After this incident occurred, I was informed of someone else who had bought **** pods from Sami Quick Stop and also received counterfeit pods and expired orange juice on their visit to the store.
