    I paid $300 incrementally to MY DOGS ID LTD on the 3rd of November, and December 2021 and January, February, March 2022. This company promised me a physical QR code tag for my dog to wear. In case he was lost, MY DOGS ID LTD would have a record of him but ONLY IF he has a QR code tag! It is meaningless to assign me a QR number with no correlation to the product! I have emailed their support line, and called the office an innumerable amount of times. I always get "You have reached us after business hours" message even when it's in the middle of the week during working hours! If not that, "no one is available to assist you". I have left countless messages here as well, and never gotten a return call. I have had responses to my emails. I received a range of responses range, however, no solution. I did receive an EMPTY envelope from them on June 13th with an entirely different address than stated on their website. It was: **** * ******* **** ****** ** ****** I'm starting to think that this entire company is a scam. Please help me get my $300 back for not getting any service. I was robbed.
